This trilogy reinterprets three classics of Portuguese literature, written by renowned portuguese authors — "Amor de Perdição", "Inês de Castro", and "A Dama das Camélias" — through a contemporary visual approach aimed at teenagers and young adults. Instead of traditional romantic symbols, the concept is built around monogamous animals that embody deep, enduring bonds: the swan, the koi fish, and the flamingo. Using vibrant colors and a loose, chalk-like line, the illustrations modernize the visual identity of these works while echoing the emotional intensity and timelessness of their tragic love stories.
